Andrew and team have been very professional in dealing with evaluating and selling our property, from start to finish. Andrew initially did an evaluation on our late fathers property for Probate purposes. He then took on the sale of the property. The valuation of the property in our opinion was extremely accurate and inline with other similar properties. Every step of the sale was managed by Andrew and team. They are a very proactive team and dealt with any issues that had to be dealt with, very efficiently. They kept all parties up to date on progress, Buyer, seller and Solicitors. You get the sense throughout they really care about your plans and have compassion for just how stressful selling a house can be! Communication was often and they kept pushing through to completion.
